reply-chain docs
reply-chain turns a Telegram enquiry into a booked job — automatically handling the back-and-forth while you set the price. This guide takes you from zero to a live, activated bot.
What is reply-chain?
reply-chain is customer & deals automation for service companies. A customer messages your Telegram bot, reply-chain forwards the enquiry to your internal team channel, you reply with a price, and from there the bot carries the conversation the rest of the way — quote confirmation, a booking form you designed, and a confirmed event on your Google Calendar.
You stay in control of the two decisions that need a human — the first reply prompt and the quote — and reply-chain automates everything around them.
How the flow works
The end-to-end loop, from the customer's first message:
- Enquiry — a customer messages your customer-facing bot. They instantly get your configured first-reply prompt.
- Forward — their item description (and any photos) lands in your internal Telegram channel.
- Quote — you reply to that forwarded message with a price. The customer receives it and is asked to confirm.
- Booking form — once they confirm, the bot collects the fields you defined (name, date, time, anything else).
- Calendar — reply-chain books the slot on your Google Calendar, working around conflicts automatically.
