Getting started

Create your operator account and land on the settings page, where every part of your bot is configured.

Create your account

Open the app and go to /login. If you're new, switch to the Sign up tab and create an account with your email and a password. Confirm your email if confirmation is enabled. Returning operators just sign in with their existing credentials.

A successful sign-in drops you straight onto your settings page at /settings — the single screen where everything below this point happens.

Reach your settings

The settings page is organized as a stack of cards, in the order you'll fill them:

  1. Operator — your name, bot tokens, internal chat ID, and timezone. See Connect your Telegram bots.
  2. Item prompt — the first message customers see.
  3. Booking form — the fields customers fill after confirming.
  4. Google Calendar — connect and pick a calendar.
  5. Activation — the switch that takes you live.
The prompt, form, calendar, and activation cards only appear after you save the operator card for the first time. That first save is what creates your operator record.

If sign-in fails

  • Confirm your account exists — your user should appear in the project's authentication users list.
  • If you can sign up but never reach settings, the app may be pointed at a different backend than the one you registered against. Flag this to whoever set up your deployment.
